From his initial training at Lakes College (formerly West Cumbrian College) through a career taking in Michelin star venues and his own AA rosette accreditation, David is an experienced chef who brings that expertise to your event.  He is ably backed by Zoe, who trained at Worcester College of Technology prior to a career in country house hotels - including the renowned Michael's Nook, Grasmere - and Sarah, whose expertise is in conference and banqueting management.

 

Cumbrian Larder will cater for your needs whether an intimate canape reception, conference lunch or private function from our varied hot & cold buffet menus.  Cooked from fresh locally sourced produce in our purpose built kitchen at CREA, the menus can also be tailored to your individual needs.
