Cumbrian Larder Training delivers C.I.E.H accredited qualifications in Food Safety at Levels 1-4.  Whether you want to complete your first food safety qualification, move onto the next level or simply refresh your professional knowledge, Zoe has a course suitable for your requirements delivered either in your workplace or at CREA, Redhills.

In addition to delivering training, Zoe  also presents cookery demonstrations based around seasonal and local produce.  These demonstrations are flexible and varied and can, again, be delivered on site at the Cumbrian Larder or  in the location and venue of your choice.
